Ancient Ayurvedic Detox & Rejuvenation Therapy in the Heart of Peru’s Mountains

Panchakarma Healing in the Sacred Valley

Experience deep healing with Panchakarma treatment by Shyam in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley.

This traditional Ayurvedic detox program is tailored to restore balance, release emotional blockages, and rejuvenate body and mind.

Treatments include personalized consultations, herbal therapies, oil massages, and gentle cleanses. Rooted in authenticity, the experience is both grounding and transformative.

Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy designed to cleanse the body of deep-rooted toxins and restore natural balance. The term Panchakarma means “five actions” in Sanskrit, referring to five core therapeutic procedures used to purify the body:

  1. Vamana – therapeutic vomiting to eliminate toxins from the stomach.
  2. Virechana – purgation to cleanse the intestines and liver.
  3. Basti – medicated enemas to detoxify the colon and balance doshas.
  4. Nasya – nasal therapy to clear the head and sinuses.
  5. Raktamokshana – bloodletting (rarely used today) to remove toxins from the bloodstream.

Panchakarma is often accompanied by massages, steam therapy, a special diet, and herbal remedies. It is known to help with digestion, stress, immunity, chronic health issues, and overall vitality.
