Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Breathe. Practice. Understand.

Join us at one of the few yoga ashrams outside of India that continues to honor Vedic traditions and the sacred teacher–student lineage. Inspired by the spirit of Mystical India, our daily rhythm includes Kirtan (mantra-based musical meditation) and teachings in Vedic philosophy, guided by our Master who brings over 30 years of dedicated study and practice.

What will you learn?

In our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, we guide students through the dynamic flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa, cultivating internal heat, detoxification, and a strong foundation for transformation of body, mind, and spirit.

This is beautifully complemented by the “Universal Principles of Alignment” from Anusara Yoga, adding grace, precision, and a heart-centered awareness to every posture.

Together, these approaches invite students to experience yoga not merely as a physical practice, but as a sacred pathway to self-discovery, inner awareness, and holistic growth.

Our 500-hour yoga teacher training consists of: 200 hours and 300 hours, each divided into three progressive phases that support a natural process of learning, integration, and teaching.

Breathe. Practice. Understand.

You will learn…

  • Daily Meditation & Pranayama for focus, presence, and nervous system regulation
  • Bhakti Yoga through mantras, devotional chanting (Kirtan), and sacred ritual
  • Introduction to Vedic Philosophy: Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, and yogic teachings to help you understand your dharma and the unique gifts you have to offer
  • Vedic Astrology: Use your birth chart as a sacred map for self-realization and spiritual alignment
  • Human Design: Discover your energetic blueprint, aura type, and how to align with your natural way of making decisions
  • Ayurveda: Learn the foundational principles of this ancient system of healing, including daily routines (dinacharya), self-care, seasonal balance, and understanding your constitution (dosha)
  • Living Yoga: Integrate yogic theory into daily life through lifestyle, intention, and community
  • Karma Yoga: Experience the power of selfless service as a spiritual practice

This is a 500-hour course.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certification from Bhakti Yoga School and may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, an internationally recognized certification.

This training is far more than a certification—it’s a call to embody yoga as a true way of life. Held in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley, embraced by mountains, rivers, and a supportive community, you’ll be mentored by experienced teachers who deeply live and embody the practices they share.

It includes 300 hours of advanced training from teachers who offer a complete and comprehensive immersion in the vast wisdom of yoga, designed to refine your teaching, deepen your personal practice, and expand your understanding of yoga as a lifestyle.

This 300-hour training course is ideal for teachers or advanced practitioners seeking to deepen their knowledge and spirituality.

Breathe. Practice. Understand.
