Ayurveda & Yoga Therapist Certification
Yoga Alliance International Certification – 100 Hours
Course Inspiration: Returning to Balance
The inspiration behind this course is the Ayurvedic ideal of “Swastha” — to be established in the Self, living in harmony with your nature (prakriti) and the world around you. Ayurveda teaches that true health is not just the absence of illness, but a state of deep inner balance, presence, and alignment.
Through this training, you will rediscover that balance. You’ll learn practical tools from Ayurveda to restore and maintain wellbeing — not through restriction, but through understanding your unique constitution and living in rhythm with nature.
As you experience how simple and powerful these practices can be, you’ll naturally feel inspired to share them with others.
This course offers timeless wisdom to support you — and those you serve — on the path of healing, peace, and joyful living.
Health, peace, and harmony are not far away — they are our natural state.

Ancient Ayurvedic Detox & Rejuvenation Therapy in the Heart of Peru’s Mountains
Panchakarma Healing in the Sacred Valley

This traditional Ayurvedic detox program is tailored to restore balance, release emotional blockages, and rejuvenate body and mind.
Treatments include personalized consultations, herbal therapies, oil massages, and gentle cleanses. Rooted in authenticity, the experience is both grounding and transformative.
Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy designed to cleanse the body of deep-rooted toxins and restore natural balance. The term Panchakarma means “five actions” in Sanskrit, referring to five core therapeutic procedures used to purify the body:
- Vamana – therapeutic vomiting to eliminate toxins from the stomach.
- Virechana – purgation to cleanse the intestines and liver.
- Basti – medicated enemas to detoxify the colon and balance doshas.
- Nasya – nasal therapy to clear the head and sinuses.
- Raktamokshana – bloodletting (rarely used today) to remove toxins from the bloodstream.
Panchakarma is often accompanied by massages, steam therapy, a special diet, and herbal remedies. It is known to help with digestion, stress, immunity, chronic health issues, and overall vitality.
